The customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of and agrees to be bound by these terms of service.  By entering www.guild-bank.com you agree to all of the terms below.

Ordering and Payment

Unless other terms have been expressly agreed by www.guild-bank.com, payment for the services shall be made in full before the service is performed.  Any payment made by the customer is for the time spent acquiring and transferring the virtual items.  www.guild-bank.com has the right to deny payments or request additional information in the event that an order is placed by a suspicious buyer.  All sales are final.

Service

Time of delivery is subject to availability of the item(s).  After the item(s) have been transferred, www.guild-bank.com is no longer responsible for the item(s).  If the customer needs further assistance for the receipt of the item(s), he/she must notify www.guild-bank.com the same day of the transfer or the service performed will be deemed to have been accepted by the customer.

Liability and Indemnification

The customer shall indemnify www.guild-bank.com and keep www.guild-bank.com fully and effectively indemnified against any loss of item(s) due to but not limited to hacks, lag, rollbacks, patches.  www.guild-bank.com shall not be liable to the customer for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the purchase or use of the services provided on this website.  All virtual items remain the property and ownership of Blizzard Entertainment.

Restricted Users

If you are in way, shape, or form affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment you cannot access www.guild-bank.com, use services provided by www.guild-bank.com.  If you enter www.guild-bank.com or any subdomains you are in violation of code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act signed by President Bill Clinton in 1995 and therefore cannot threaten our ISP(s) or any person(s) or company storing these files, and cannot prosecute any person(s) affiliated with this page, including but not limited to family, friends, or individuals who maintain or enter www.guild-bank.com.
