How to Place an Order

1. Choose your server and faction from the server list.

-If your server has no items available then you may order items to be transferred to your server from our server transfer section.

2. Navigate the items and add what you want to your shopping cart.

-Quantities can be changed within the shopping cart.

-A link to view you shopping cart is available on both the EU and US server pages.

3. When you're ready to checkout, then you may do so in the shopping cart.  You will be using Paypal's checkout system on their secure server.

-You may pay using your current Paypal account, create a new account, or use a credit card without creating an account.

-Include a valid and confirmed shipping address, email address and telephone.

4. When payment is complete, you will be directed to a form on our website.

-Complete this form with correct information.  This information is necessary for our delivery team to complete delivery on schedule.

5. If delivery is later than estimated, then please contact us to find the cause of this delay.

-Delayed delivery at the fault of our team will receive free items for compensation. This does not include delays caused by lack of information given for delivery, characters unavailable during the time of delivery, server maintenance, etc.

-Orders of items in stock can take up to 8 hours to complete.

-Orders requiring a server transfer can take up to 10 days to complete.
