How to Place an Order

1. Navigate the items of your faction and add what you want to your shopping cart.

-Quantities can be changed within the shopping cart.

-Include the paid character transfer option in your shopping cart.

Orders that qualify for a free paid character transfer do not need to include this option.

2. When you're ready to checkout, then you may do so using the shopping cart.  You will be using Paypal's checkout system on their secure server.

-You may pay using your current Paypal account, create a new account, or use a credit card without creating an account.

-Include a valid and confirmed shipping address, email address and telephone.

3. When payment is complete, you will be given the option to return to merchant.  Click to return to merchant and you will be directed to a form on our website where you may input your character and server information along with delivery preferences.

-Complete this form with correct information.  This information is necessary for our delivery team to complete delivery safely and in a timely manner.

4. If delivery is later than estimated, then please contact us to find the cause of this delay.  If you become uncomfortable with a delayed order that has not yet been delivered and would like your payment to be refunded, then simply contact us with your request and we will refund your payment as quickly as possible.

-Orders may take up to 5 days to complete.

Under certain circumstances the delivery can take longer than these estimates.  In such case, free items will be included with the order.  The longer the delay, the more free items will be included.
