Q: How does www.guild-bank.com deliver my order to me? A: After the payment is submitted, you will be directed to a page requesting information. Please complete the information as requested and submit the form. The order will be delivered according to the information collected. View this Diagram to see the order process.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order? A: Orders which do not require a server transfer to complete are often processed within 1-3 hours, but can take up to 8 hours. An order which will require a server transfer to complete can take up to 5 days. If an order is taking longer than expected we encourage the buyer to contact us to discuss the delayed order. If your order is delivered later than our estimated time frames listed above, then free items will often be included with your order to help compensate for the wait.
Q: How might my order become delayed? How can I prevent it? A: An order can be delayed for a number of reasons. The most common reason for a delayed order is incomplete delivery information given. If our delivery team does not know your character's name, server, or faction, the order cannot be delivered. Make sure you correctly complete and submit the form after ordering to prevent this. Another common delay occurs when an order requiring a server transfer is placed and does not include the 'Paid Character Transfer' fee. This type of order must include the fee so that the order can be transferred to the customer's server. Make sure the fee is included in your shopping cart before checking out, or pay the fee in reference to the order to avoid this delay. Last, if a delay is caused at no fault of the customer, then free items will be included with the order as compensation.
Q: Does www.guild-bank.com sell gold as well as items? A: At this time our website does not offer World of Warcraft gold for sale. This may change in the future, however, we believe that the items offered are in high demand and can easily be sold in game and converted to their value in gold.
A: No! An order which will require a server transfer to complete requires only one(1) 'Paid Character Transfer' option be included in your shopping cart independent of the amount of items that need to be transferred to your server.
A: The information requested is necessary for our team to confirm that the order was placed with the knowledge of owner of the account, or card. It is also necessary for our delivery team to know everything they need in order for a quick and successful delivery of your items. You must provide all of the information requested in order to prevent any possible delays in your delivery.
Q: Does www.guild-bank.com sell bind on pick up items? A: No, unfortunately, we neither sell items, nor provide services that would require us to take control of another's account. All items listed on our website are tradable from one character to another.
Q: If an item is shown as out of stock, can I pre-order it? A: You may not purchase an item if it is out of stock, and if you do so, your payment will be refunded and the item will not be delivered. However, you may contact us via email, or live chat and let us know which item(s) your interested in, what server you would like them on, and leave an email address to contact you. When the item is in stock, you will be notified and given a chance to purchase it at least one week before it becomes available on the website.
