Q:  I want to make a small order that totals less than $60. What are my options?

A:  You may include the transfer fee along with your order $24.99. You may submit your email to be contacted when your server is chosen as a hot server meaning orders will be delivered on your server with no transfer cost with no minimum order amount. Last, you may submit your email to be contacted when we have liquidation sale items available on your server.

Q:  What form of payment does www.guild-bank.com accept?

A:  www.guild-bank.com accepts Paypal by verified accounts that include a confirmed mailing address.  All fraudulent activities will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

Q:  I cannot use Paypal, is there any other way I can buy items?

A:  The only online payment method we accept is Paypal.  You may, however, pay using a credit card accepted by Paypal without signing up for an account.

A:  We often find more items than are displayed and will be happy to gather items you would like that are not listed for sale on the site.  We encourage you to inquire about special requests you may want to purchase.  Please visit our Special Requests section to submit your request.

Q:  How does www.guild-bank.com deliver my order to me?

A:  After the payment is submitted, you will click on the option to return to merchant.  After you click, you will be directed to a page requesting information.  Please complete the information as requested and submit the form.  The order will be delivered according to the information collected.

Q:  How long does it take to receive my order?

A:  Orders may take up to 5 days from purchase until delivery.  This is because for most orders, we will transfer the items to your server before delivery.  If an order is taking longer than expected we encourage the buyer to contact us to discuss the delayed order.  Please note, under certain circumstances an order can be delivered later than our estimated time frames listed above from no fault of the customer.  When this occurs free items will be included with your order to help compensate for the wait.

Q:  How might my order become delayed? How can I prevent it?

A:  An order can be delayed for a number of reasons. The most common reason for a delayed order is incomplete delivery information given.  If our delivery team does not know your character's name, server, or faction, the order cannot be delivered.  Make sure you correctly complete and submit the form after ordering to prevent this.  Another delay may be caused if we must transfer items to your server and the paid character transfer service is delayed or offline.

Q:  After I submit my order, why do you need so much information for delivery?  Do I need to provide all of the information requested?

A:  The information requested is necessary for our team to confirm that the order was placed with the knowledge of owner of the account, or card.  It is also necessary for our delivery team to know everything they need in order for a quick and successful delivery of your items.  You must provide all of the information requested in order to prevent any possible delays in your delivery.

Q:  Does www.guild-bank.com sell bind on pick up items?

A:  No, unfortunately, we neither sell items, nor provide services that would require us to take control of another's account.  All items listed on our website are tradable from one character to another.  Some of the best bind on pick up items available in the game can be purchased from Guy 4 Game

Q: If an item is shown as out of stock, can I pre-order it?

A: You may not purchase an item if it is out of stock, and if you do so, your payment will be refunded and the item will not be delivered.  However, you may contact us via email, or live chat and let us know which item(s) your interested in, what server you would like them on, and leave an email address to contact you.  When the item is in stock, you will be notified and given a chance to purchase it before it becomes available on the website.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?

A: Kind of... If your purchase totals less than $60, then you must include the Paid Character Transfer ($24.99) option in your shopping cart along with your desired items. If your order total is more than $60, then we will move the items to your server without a transfer fee. Promotional Hot Realms receive a free transfer regardless of the order total!
