It is also necessary for our delivery team to know everything they need in order for a quick and successful delivery of your items. You must provide all of the information requested in order to prevent any possible delays in your delivery.

A: You may not purchase an item if it is out of stock, and if you do so, your payment will be refunded and the item will not be delivered. However, you may contact us via email, or live chat and let us know which item(s) your interested in, what server you would like them on, and leave an email address to contact you.
